Why Create an Account?
Creating a customer account on Max Knives offers several advantages for your future transactions.
Indeed, making a purchase through your account allows you to obtain the tracking number for your order, which allows you to "track" the progress of your order (validation, shipping, etc.).
You also have the option to save multiple delivery addresses for your orders, which is practical for sending gifts to others.
How to Create an Account?
Simply go to the MaxKnives homepage and click on the "My Account or Sign In" tab. You will be redirected to a login form, where you will also find a "Create an Account" tab.
All you have to do is enter the required information in the form above, then click "VALIDATE."
What Payment Methods Can I Use?
Several payment solutions are available: check, bank transfer, or credit card. Payment by credit card is SSL secured and encrypted, allowing you to make your purchases with peace of mind and be delivered much faster than if you opt for payment by check.
How Can I Pay by Check?
The downside of payment by check is that we can only validate the order upon receiving the check, which tends to delay delivery.
However, if you still wish to pay by check, it's simple. Just send a check for the exact amount of your cart (including shipping costs) and include your order number on the back of the check.
Can I Have Delivery Outside of Metropolitan France?
Max Knives can deliver worldwide, in addition to Metropolitan France and overseas territories. However, a surcharge on the shipping cost is to be expected for international shipments.
How Are Shipping Costs Calculated?
The amount of shipping costs is calculated based on the total weight of the ordered products (the surcharge for non-mainland deliveries is also variable, taking into account the distance from the stock to the final delivery address). However, please note that shipping costs are waived for orders over €50 (excluding taxes) for the mainland.

What Should I Do If the Product's Packaging Is Damaged?
If you notice damage to the product's packaging when opening the package, we invite you to contact us so that we can determine the appropriate measures to take, both on your part and ours.
The Product Doesn't Meet My Expectations
In accordance with the law, you have the right to return the package if the product is found to be defective or does not meet your expectations.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must, however, adhere to a 14 working day deadline to return the package to us and send back the product in its original packaging so that we can issue a full refund of your order.
