All the information below comes from our carrier contracts. It supplements article 7 of our general terms and conditions of sale, which takes precedence.

When your order is dispatched

Any order paid for before 12 noon on a dispatch day is dispatched the same day.

We dispatch Monday to Friday, except Wednesday. No dispatches take place on Wednesdays, Saturdays or Sundays.

The threshold is calculated on the value of the products, excluding delivery charges, and the offer applies with no limit on the number of orders.

Delivery charges

Customs duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union — Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, China, Australia — and to all overseas territories, customs duties, local taxes and, in overseas territories, octroi de mer (French overseas dock dues) may be charged to the recipient on delivery. These amounts remain payable by the recipient and are not included in the price shown.

On receipt

Check the condition of the parcel and its contents. In the event of damage, a missing item or a damaged product, record precise reservations on the delivery note and confirm them to us within three working days, at info@maxknives.fr. These reservations make it easier for us to take action against the carrier; failing to record them does not deprive you of any statutory guarantee.
