Overview

The MKSH2G10M belongs to the four-point MKSH2 series. Cut from G10 on a disc 52 mm in diameter and 1.5 mm thick, it follows the principle of the series: non-cutting edges and rounded tips. The piece passes from hand to hand without ceremony, which makes it the model to bring out when you are not alone in front of the target.

The star you lend out

A throwing session soon turns into a shared one: someone watches, asks for a go, and you have to put a piece in their hand. With the MKSH2G10M that moment is settled in two sentences, because nothing on the star cuts and the tips are rounded. A beginner can grab it any which way, spin it between their fingers, pick it up off the ground after a missed throw. In a group, two or three examples let everyone take turns at the same target, each collecting what they threw, and the session keeps moving.

Technical specifications

A four-point star on a disc 52 mm in diameter, 1.5 mm thick. The material is G10, a laminate coloured through its body. The edges of the branches are non-cutting and their tips are rounded, as across the whole MKSH2 series. It is cut as a single piece. The disc keeps the 52 mm diameter of the MKSH1 series, with four branches instead of eight.

Care

A star that circulates between several hands soon picks up marks: a dry cloth between rounds is enough to clear them. For the end-of-session clean, use warm water and soap, then dry thoroughly, including between the branches. G10 takes that treatment without complaint, as it neither rusts nor dulls. Store the pieces flat, and keep them apart from one another.
