Overview

The light green on the MKPCVC is a clean colour that cuts against the black and grey most bags are made of. The paracord is braided over 65 mm and takes a carabiner 10 mm in diameter; the whole comes to 11 g. It holds a key set, but nothing says it has to stop there: the carabiner closes just as happily on something other than a key ring.

An attachment point for a bag or a pouch

On luggage, the MKPCVC becomes a marker. Clipped to a rucksack zip it extends the pull tab and gives enough purchase to open one-handed. On a tool pouch or a sheath it acts as both pull and label: you know which pocket is which without opening them all. In a hold or a boot, a bag carrying 65 mm of light green turns up faster among dark luggage. Eleven grams covers all of that, adding nothing worth mentioning to what you carry.
