Overview

The MKO41 quotes the Italian stilettos directly: a long, tapered line, a silhouette you recognise at a glance. Except that the mechanism here is not side-opening but out-the-front: the 95 mm blade fires from the front, double action, out of a 130 mm handle dressed in G10 scales. It is the most spectacular piece in the automatic range.

Regulations

The MKO41 is a Category D item: free to sell to adults, with age verification at checkout. Carrying or transporting it without a legitimate reason is an offence in France. It is a collection and display piece, to be kept at home.

Care

An OTF this long has a proportionally long deployment channel: blow it out regularly, since that is where dust and fibres settle. Wipe the blade after any contact with moisture. A drop of light oil on the mechanism twice a year is enough. The G10 scales ask for nothing.
